If you have difficulty getting to our collection points, simply let us know you are coming and where you are and we will take a scooter, powerchair or wheelchair to you where you are in Dubai Mall or even in the carpark areas.
To avoid any disappointment during busy times, you can pre-book your equipment a day (or more) before you want to visit, using our Click N’ Collect service. Your item will be waiting at the selected kiosk when you arrive.
