Our service allows you to take your time, travel around the mall, grab a bargain, shop & dine with ease. You can enjoy your visit to Dubai Mall – even if you have mobility issues.
Whether you are going to stay in the Mall all day or just a couple of hours, we have a range of manual or powered mobility solutions for you at three easy to reach and accessible kiosk locations.
If you are unable to get to our kiosks – let us know that you are coming and give us a call when you arrive. We will meet you anywhere in the Mall or in the car park area, with the mobility equipment that you have reserved.
Note: Our busy periods are weekends and holidays, this can affect availability. We highly recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment!

All of our rental models are thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated before and after use.
To avoid any disappointment during busy times (normally weekends & holidays), you can pre-book your equipment a day (or more) before you want to visit, using our Click N’ Collect service. Your item will be waiting at the selected kiosk when you arrive.
If you have difficulty getting to our collection points, simply let us know you are coming and where you are or will be and we will take a scooter, powerchair or wheelchair to you in Dubai Mall or even in the carpark areas.
