Whether you are going to stay in the Mall all day or just a couple of hours, we have a range of manual or powered mobility solutions for you at three easy to reach and accessible kiosk locations.
If you are unable to get to our kiosks – let us know that you are coming and give us a call when you arrive. We will meet you anywhere in the Mall or in the car park area, with the mobility equipment that you have reserved.

If you have difficulty getting to our collection points, simply let us know you are coming and where you are and we will take a scooter, powerchair or wheelchair to you where you are in Dubai Mall.
To avoid any disappointment during busy times, you can pre-book your equipment a day (or more) before you want to visit, using our Click N’ Collect service and your item will be waiting at the kiosk when you arrive.

For our larger clients, we provide a heavy-duty wheelchair that can handle users up to 220 Kg and has a wider, deeper seat than our standard wheelchair. It features padded armrests, height-adjustable swing-away detachable footrests, with heel straps.
